How to order ID Tags

Please note, new users are entitled to Two Free ID Tags. Additional ID tags will incur a cost.

To claim your FREE Tags please follow these instructions

Step 1: Open the AQUA App

Step 2: Tap on the Profile button

Step 3: Tap on ID Tags

Step 4: Tap on Request ID Tags

Step 5: Verify your address and tap Next

It can take up to 7-10 working days for the ID Tags to be delivered.
